More About the Production Co-ordinator Role:

We are looking for an energetic and super organised Creative Traffic Resource Coordinator to join our in-house creative studio with a focus on digital media marketing production. Reporting to the Creative Studio Manager you'll be part of a small planning team supporting the day-to-day organisation of the studio.

This is an exciting and fast paced role suitable for someone in the earlier stages of their career, looking to step up and take ownership as well as learn and develop.

Here's What You Can Expect to Be Doing as Our Production Co-ordinator:

Work closely with the Creative Studio Manager to plan and schedule the weeks ahead

Daily resource scheduling based on changing priorities and ensuring priorities are communicated effectively

Manage workflow across multiple workstreams ensuring deadlines are met

Act as the link between stakeholders, production and creative teams

Check through creative briefs ensuring all required information and timings are included

Creating production schedules for projects

Identify any potential causes of delay early, and act to resolve any issues and escalate where necessary

Keep systems up to date

A Few Things About Our Production Co-ordinator:

A logical thinker!

Previous advertising/marketing resource scheduling experience

Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Knowledge of Trello and Team week is preferred, though not essential, providing you're a quick learner
