Sue Ross Recruitment are excited to be working with this specialist medical training company for the recruitment of a Website and Media Administrator. The role has become available due to a promotion from within the organisation and is currently for a fixed period of 12 months. This is a varied role and will combine supporting the Website and Media Manager with website maintenance, graphic design and marketing campaigns.

Your remit will be to support, maintain and update a complex website e.g., set up event registration pages, upload resources, create online courses and manage delegate accounts. You don't have to be a CMS expert or web developer, but experience with Craft CMS or WordPress and advanced computer/web literacy is a must. You'll be responsible for designing print-ready course and promotional materials, as well as online adverts and graphics for the company website. This is an ideal position for someone who has a passion for graphic design and can create online and print materials to the brand guidelines. What you will need to bring is enthusiasm, self-motivation and an eye for quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

The role:

* Designing and producing print-ready course and promotional materials, brochures, leaflets etc

* Creating graphics and artwork for use on websites and social media whilst working to company's brand guidelines

* Working closely with the website manager to update website content ensuring accuracy throughout

* Proof-reading website content and print materials, ensuring consistency of style

* Liaising with medical writers, printers and marketing partners

* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks, such as communicating with delegates and speakers over the phone and email, as well as preparing and organising events

Required skills:

* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

* Visual design skills, creative thinking and typography knowledge

* CMS experience (e.g., Craft CMS or WordPress) and knowledge of website administration

* Advanced computer and web literacy

* Good experience with MS Office and Google G Suite

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Although preferred additional skills which could be useful include, Email marketing skills with Mailchimp or HubSpot, proficiency in HTML and CSS, knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, understanding of Google Analytics, knowledge of social media marketing.

The ideal candidate will be creative and driven and you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week and the offices are based just outside of Sheffield City Centre.
