Skills: - Microsoft Server and Desktop Infrastructure support, Group Policy, Active Directory Administration, O365 Mailboxes, SharePoint, Remote Backup and firewall procedures, Network Infrastructure covering ASDL, Broadband, LANs & VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless routers, Hyper-V, VMWare (ESXI) and Veeam Backups.

I have partnered with a company based near Bournemouth who are an IT Managed Service Provider, They are looking to expand their team with an opening for a 3rd Line Support Engineer, this position is on a permanent basis offering a salary up to £45,000.

£45,000 - 3rd Line Support Engineer - Location: Bournemouth and surrounding area.

*Must have a Full UK Driving License as occasionally you will need to visit client sites.

Skills Needed:

Excellent communication and people skills
Server and Desktop Infrastructure support for a variety of Microsoft technologies; Installation Project Management
Microsoft Server Support
Group Policy and Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User accounts,O365 Mailboxes), SharePoint
Remote Backup and firewall procedures
Network Infrastructure covering ASDL, Broadband, LANs & VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router
Knowledge of Hyper-V, VMWare (ESXI)
Veeam Back up
Ability to work with Cloud based services/Office 365
Skilled in planning, implementing and migrating infrastructure and recommending improvements
