As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing invoices and maintaining cost reports.

Client Details

Pare Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an organisation within the Public Sector and Government for 3 temporary Finance Assistants based in Kingston Upon Hull.


The key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will be, but not limited to:

Reconciling bank accounts
Posting payments and receipts
Processing bank payments
Petty cash reconciliations
Progression expense claims
Handling queries
Credit card reconciliations
Processing refunds and any other adhoc dutiesProfile

The successful Finance Assistant should have:

Relevant previous experience in a financial discipline
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent keyboard skills
Good written and oral communication skills and organisational skills
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet demands of users
Possess an appreciation of the need for confidentiality
