This is an exciting role for a talented User Experience Designer to build and shape the design function within their lovely business. You'll be joining initially as their sole designer, so a desire and ability to work autonomously, in a busy role with lots of stakeholders is key for success here.

Work closely with Product managers to plan new features, and also work closely with Customer Experience, sales, and Editorial teams
Review existing platform pathways to identify areas for improvement

Who you are:

3 years + experience in a Design role and a strong portfolio to showcase your experience
Experience conducting user research activities
Comfortable working with senior level stakeholders

Experience within a fast paced environment/small businessThe extra stuff:

They're based near Swindon, but this role can be offered on a very much hybrid basis. Once a week (or more if you like!) in the office would be ideal for them.

I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks. Expect full autonomy, zero micro-management, flexible working, social days out, a genuinely amazing benefits package and culture.
