We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Learning and Development Specialist to join our Digital Learning team to help us deliver our ambitious Digital first learning strategy. Working at the forefront of learning and development for StepChange we create innovative digital and blended learning solutions for colleagues across a range of topics, from debt advice, to leadership development and much more.

What you will be doing

Within this role you will work closely with the Digital Learning Team Leader to support the planning and implementation of the organisational wide Learning and Development plan by:

Delivering measurable quality outputs in a consistent and collaborative way, across all aspects of the Talent and Learning agenda
Building, developing and maintaining strong and effective working partnerships with all peers across the HR team to ensure a collaborative and joined up approach across the full span of responsibilities
Managing and maintaining all relevant digital platforms including provider/supplier relationships
Acting as the HR lead for digital with the Learning & Development Team to implement cyclical and other work/projects where digital aspects are required, or could enhance effectiveness, building digital capability and awareness through sharing knowledge and skills across the team
Reviewing and improving learning methodologies in line with 'digital first' strategy, and external marketplace innovation
Ensuring all FCA and Mandatory eLearning is reviewed and implemented to not only fulfil our obligations, but is also engaging and delivers tangible learning outputs
Managing the onboarding site to develop it to a 'best in class' experience for new colleagues/starters, working closely with Recruitment
Defining, implementing and managing the process to keep all digital learning materials up to date and fit for purpose
What we want from you

Experience in designing impactful digital learning solutions including eLearning design
Technical design and configuration expertise using learning technologies
Fully competent in Microsoft packages including SharePoint and PowerPoint
Experience of instructional design best practice
Demonstrable relationship building skills and experience of stakeholder/ SME management
Collaborative approach to work and relationships and able to work independently as required
Planning and organising skills, with capability to effectively milestone plan and hit deadlines
Experience in working with a Moodle / Totara based LMS (desirable)
Experience in using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), and Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and HTML coding (desirable)
A qualification or accreditation in a design or multimedia - related field (desirable)
