We are excited to be working with this International Luxury Goods Group in their search for a Data Protection and Privacy Paralegal.
Main responsibilities:
To assist with the Group's data mapping project for the Records of Processing Activity to include all global/local systems and unstructured data.
To support, define, update and implement privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
To handle timely responses to data subject requests and maintain compliance documentation.
Coordinating the analysis of data retention periods and implementing the operational processes to ensure that storage limitation principles are complied with in data processing activities.
Assisting with GDPR-related topics and keeping the group up to date on changes to data protection laws worldwide.

- Data Protection Impact Assessments
To support, define, update and implement privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
- Data Subject Requests
To handle timely responses to data subject requests and maintain compliance documentation.
- Data Retention

- Group Privacy support

Skillset
- Previous experience working in a Data Protection/Privacy role.
- Privacy Certification a plus.
- International privacy experience.
- Experience working with privacy-related software.
- French / German language advantageous.
