An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer to join my client on a permanent basis whilst working from home 100% of the time.
My client is one of the UK's leading conveyancing businesses incorporating many of the fastest growing, most innovative brans within the UK property market. My client is dedicated to ensuring that customers have the best possible experience during a transaction, whether that's for a customer moving home or one of their growing lists of introducers. It is constantly innovating, using technology and the expertise of their people to make working alongside the firm as simple as possible.
In this residential conveyancer role, you will play a vital role in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential matters, within a high-volume conveyancing environment. The main purpose will be to effectively run a conveyancing caseload and perform a range of tasks associated with these files.
Whilst working from home, you will form part of a smaller team and you will be given the support from the firm's sub-departments who are responsible for handling new enquiries, post completion tasks and checking all complex matters and titles. You will also work alongside another sub-department which is responsible for checking contracts and searches.
In order to be considered for this experienced residential conveyancer role, you must have at least 3 years' experience, have the ability to run your own high-volume caseload of matters, have great interpersonal skills and be willing to work to tight deadlines.
