A market leading litigation funder who is developing a successful niche within this fast growing area is looking to expand both in London and nationally, and would like to hire a senior insolvency litigation solicitor in London. Whilst you will have a fully flexible working arrangement, you will spend time in the London office joining an established team of in-house lawyers based both in London and throughout the UK who are in turn backed by a leading bank.

You will ideally be an insolvency litigation solicitor with around 8 years+ PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation, and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market. It would be advantageous if you are a member of R3 and/or other prominent groups within the insolvency and litigation market. A high level of technical expertise is required, along with experience that will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management. You should have an interest in and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvency practitioners and fellow solicitors. This is a brand new role, and as part of a small in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.

If you are a commercially minded insolvency litigation lawyer with excellent knowledge of the UK market who is looking to take the next step in your career, the firm can offer a salary in the region of £80k-£120k + bonus (up to 40% of salary) and the chance to join a growing commercial organisation. Please apply now to be considered, or call Stephen Chantry for further information and a confidential chat.
