The Client:

VWA has taken on an exciting new role for an Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment bank with a team of around 300 globally but has a boutique but growing team in London.

The Role:

Based in a small team, the role will support 5 bankers, including 3 MDs and 2VPs in the Consumer Industry team. They require someone proactive, confident and outgoing who is emotionally intelligent.

Extensive diary and inbox management International travel coordination Answer and screen incoming phone calls Managing expenses Conduct research using CRM and external sources Support executives organisation efforts Material and presentation preparation Additional high level ad hoc support
The successful EA must:

Be available to start asap (subject to notice period) Be happy to work in the office 5 days a week (1 day a week, flexibility) Have a strong work ethic Be happy to cover sick leave Be able to juggle several tasks at once A team player that can collaborate with others Additionally, an understanding or interest in M&A is not required but is beneficial.
