Finance Manager with 3 direct reports for a rapidly growing UK company. The organization is undergoing a significant amount of change and as a result, a new senior finance position has been introduced to support the FD with providing best in class reporting, management and business support across the business. You will also champion the integration of new businesses and drive the development of your direct team.

This senior finance leadership position will play a pivotal part in delivering long term strategic forecasting as well as monthly and quarterly insight into trends. You will be ACA/ ACCA qualified who is an excellent communicator and can proactively find solutions to problems.

The company opperate a flexible working policy and will be in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
