FINANCE MANAGER - REDDITCH - £35,000 - £40,000 - PERM - Hybrid Working
Greenwellgleson is recruitng a Finance Manager exclusivley for a forward thinking, fast growing company based in Redditch.
Reporting to the Finance Director being responsible for the overseeing of the day-to-day operations of the finance function to include periodic reporting of the financials in line with group requirements ensuring compliance adhered to with authorities, local laws and legislation. Being a valued contributor to the management team.

Production of monthly management accounts for submission into Head Office, highlighting variances and narratives to support.
*
Ensuring monthly bank and balance sheet controls are complete and accurate.
*
Overseeing outsourced payroll solution ensuring controls are in place.
*
Ensure working capital is reviewed and maintained on a regular basis and any concerns raised with the Finance Director.
*
Suggest improvements in controls and policies.
*
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
*
Ensuring all authority returns are filed accurately and on time. eg VAT, PAYE
*
Preparation of year end audit requirements, and assistance with annual budgets.
*
Safeguard the recording accurately the assets of the company
*
Be an integral part of the local Management Team.
