A leading supplier of specialist equipment to the aerospace, automotive and engineering sectors is currently recruiting an Electrical Installations Technician. You will be tasked with the build, installation and testing of control systems and the successful candidate will be well-practiced with wiring, panel looming & installing control panels and free to travel when required.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + company vehicle + Benefits

As an Electrical Installations Technician you will be working as part of the installations team; the position will be based both in the factory and on customer's sites when required.
Panel looming and wiring to a high standard both aesthetically and technically.
Installations of both new and existing control hardware into control panels.
Field wiring of control hardware to sensors, actuators, drives and other equipment
Wiring of electrical and control elements of machines to a high standard
Installation of electrical systems to comply with wiring regulations.
Attend breakdowns to rectify and test electrical and/or controls faults.
Working in accordance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
The successful candidate will be an experienced Wireman / Installations engineer ideally with experience of installing special purpose machinery. Applicants must have proven experience of wiring and panel looming. You must be flexible to travel to customers sites throughout the UK with occasional worldwide travel dependant on your schedule.
