E Commerce Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Gateshead based client. Well established within the accessory market, the business collaborate in all aspects of e-commerce to build a growing selection of worldwide brands.
Over the last 2 years, the company's portfolio has continued to thrive and as a result of significant growth, they are now on the look out to appoint an experienced E-Commerce Executive to become a part of their close-knit, fast expanding team.
You will be instrumental in the successful implementation of promotional campaigns, the maintenance of the product database and the ongoing increase in the conversion rate and revenue of the businesses' portfolio of stores.

You will receive a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience and overall suitability for the role.
The Role
Implementation of promotional campaigns and CMS pages using HTML, CSS and the Magento 2 Page Builder
Continuous testing of the websites to ensure a frictionless customer experience
Take ownership of the product catalogue ensuring information is kept up to date and new products are uploaded accurately and efficiently
Analyse data from Google Analytics and 1st party sources to assist with decision making and problem solving
Regular auditing of the stores to ensure high performance and conversion
Acting upon and responding to service desk requests for product information changes and website issues
Support the E-commerce Director by contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy and assisting with the implementation of new projects and initiatives
The Person
Previous experience in a similar E-Commerce role working with product information and website upkeep
An understanding of how product page information affects Search Engine Optimisation.
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of HTML & CSS
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (more than just SUM and AVERAGE)
A working knowledge of Magento 1 or 2 and an understanding of Javascript and SQL is desirable within this role
