Client Reporting Analyst

6 months contract

£285 per day via Umbrella Company

Advantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for a position with a leading Asset Management organsation in London, Canary Wharf.

This will be an initial 6 month contract with the client, paying up to £285 per day umbrella company model inside of IR35. The role falls within the EMEA Asset Management business and within the Performance and Reporting team based in the London office.

The reporting team in region are responsible for ensuring the timely creation, production and delivery of reporting to meet both Client and Fund Reporting obligations.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Complete day to day reporting activities - Creation, Validation & Distribution of Institutional Segregated Client Reports, Funds, ESG, Performance schedules and Cost & Charges
Own and respond to internal and external client queries around reporting as assigned
Coordination with various internal and external teams to ensure all data is collated, checked and presented per internal SLAs in order to meet client reporting deadlines
Build up an extensive knowledge of various regulations eg SFDR, MIFID 2, to support reporting obligations for both Clients and Products
Ensure Client onboarding/offboarding is in line with reporting requirements
Managing and clearing work queues in the reporting team as assigned. Timely escalation to management of any material issues or risk to deliverables during the reporting cycles especially around busy reporting cycles.
Drive process improvement and enhancements to Client deliverables with recommendations to management for scalable standardised solutions for review and approval
Ensure existing processes have the correct controls and that they are executed correctly
Assisting in the implementation of Regulation Change and other Projects as and when needed.
Ensure effective management information/ Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators are maintained, tracked and reported; capturing trends/issues and proposes improvements to address.
Supports the ongoing documentation of process flows, workflow tools and procedures to ensure strong governance and controls are embedded.The successful candidate will benefit from having:

Experience within Asset Management, Banking or other financial services related business in a Client Reporting, Performance Analysis, Fund Accounting or Regulatory reporting capacity
Experienced in managing large data sets and a technical background is a distinct advantage
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Knowledge of SimCorp CORIC, Aladdin, FactSet, Eagle, Pace, MSCI, Sustainalytics
Strong understanding of asset classes (equity, fixed income, derivatives, and exchange traded fund knowledge) and ESG
Understanding of UCITS mutual fund regulation, ESG, Costs & Charges and Client Reporting.
Must be organised, strong eye for detail and brilliant communication skillsPlease apply now to be considered for this vacancy
