IT PMO Analyst

As part of the new Digital and Technology group, you will support the delivery of multiple complex business and/or technology change initiatives. You will be responsible for the provision of portfolio office services and support, proactively providing best practice advice, guidance and standards to members of the Portfolio Management team. This will supplement your responsibilities to provide portfolio wide management information across the portfolio of change initiatives to the leadership of Digital and Technology to facilitate decision making.
Initiatives that you will be supporting will aim to deliver change against UAL's strategic guiding principles:

2. To bring a high-quality creative education to more students than ever before. - we will double our student numbers, to widen access and reinvest
3. To change the world through our creative endeavour - we will focus our research and knowledge exchange to make a bigger difference
? Experience of working within a large organisation to support the delivery of change with experience of working across full product lifecycle.
? Experience of development and delivery of reports to Senior Management, including portfolio level status updates, resource management reporting and analysis, and post programme/project/change initiative reviews.
? Experience of providing effective PMO services to support successful delivery, including implementation of programme and project management standards, processes and guidelines, workshop facilitation, and the continual development to meet organisational need.
? Ideally a Project/Programme/Portfolio Management qualification, such as Portfolio Management, PRINCE2 or P30 Practitioner (desirable)
