Company description:A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.Job description:WHAT TO EXPECTWorking within the Technical Service organisation as a Release Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality software releases (Agile) on a bi-weekly basis. Planning and reporting metrics, focusing on co-ordinating various aspects of the TOPix retailer system and ensuring robust releases.TOPix is an online platform hosted within AWS (Amazon Web Services) providing content (Technical publications and Diagnostics OTX) which is used by all Jaguar Landrover Retailers and the aftermarket to diagnose and repair Jaguar Landover productsWHAT YOU'LL NEED* Knowledge and some understanding of different types of test tooling , which could be used to automate future improvements within the release cycle * To be a natural problem-solver with a structured approach to problem solving in a technical environment. * Be computer literate, including Microsoft Office, JIRA & Confluence, Tableau (desirable). * Able to form strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.PERSONAL PROFILE* An individual with a customer first mindset, who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable. * An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment. * Able to prioritise their workload.
