We are seeking an experienced customer facing Lead Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who has a background in software solutions (preferably developer tools) and has a passion for helping customers with architecting Technical Solutions.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced customer facing Lead Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who has a background in software solutions (preferably developer tools) and has a passion for helping customers with architecting Technical Solutions.

The role:
- Leading the pre-sales technical process
- Working alongside the sales team to navigate the technical aspects of the sales process
- Understand the customers needs and identify how the product can be improved
- Use your knowledge in developer tools to help deliver valuable evaluations for customers, coaching them in best practices and diagnosing issues in the deployment
- Interact with business stakeholders, customers and management to understand and refine user stories and the product backlog
- Have a passion for innovation and improvement whilst recognising that customers are the priority
- Excellent oral and written communication & English language skills
- Demonstrable experience of guiding commercial technical conversations
- Strong experience of leading the technical pre-sales process
- Has a coding background and, if Java isn't a current skill, is willing to learn Java and the Java ecosystem
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and technologies and adapt to arising challenges
