Telecoms Manager

As the Telecoms Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of all the phone systems within the company, including Landlines, VOIP and Mobile solutions.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a significant area within the IT department.

You will also be taking lead in the future strategy of the Telecoms roadmap to ensure the company has the best support, in line with business strategy.

What youll be doing

• Ensuring phone systems and maintained and operational to end users
• Ensuring that the business stakeholders requirements for Call Statistic information are achieved
• Investigating and evaluating future solutions to improve the current telecoms solutions
• Ensuring formal agreements are in place for system changes
• Being the escalation point for any major incidents
• Taking control of the mobile and landline estate to ensure best value for money
• Ensuring all telecoms 3rd parties are acting under agreed contract terms
• Effectively managing the small team to ensure all daily activities are carried out, mentoring when needed

What you can bring
