Database Administrator - Croydon/ Remote - PostgreSQL/ AWS Cloud/ Oracle

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Database Administrator to join our customers team based in Croydon/ Remote. This is a permanent position paying up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key skills:-
  • AWS cloud computing best practices for scalable, distributed systems
  • MPP database platforms design, build and operation (eg Amazon Redshift)
  • OLTP database platforms design, build and operation (eg Amazon Aurora, RDS)
  • NoSQL/ Non-Relational database platforms (eg Amazon DynamoDB)
  • Designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery
  • Maintaining and monitoring the database platforms
  • Performance tuning: indexing, partitioning & load balancing
  • Deployment via CI/ CD automation and configuration management
  • Database modelling and data architectures
