A well-established R&D organisation that design and manufacture Semiconductor, Mmwave, RF and Microwave equipment and components are recruiting for a new position, a Quality Engineering Manager. They supply their products to the Telecoms, Broadcast, Aerospace, Defence and Satcom industries and have a plan to grow their design department over the coming years.

As the Quality Engineering Manager - Semiconductor you will take on the leadership of the quality team consisting of 4 members. This team is dedicated to driving continuous improvement in the quality and reliability of communications semiconductor products. The role will involve being a strong representative for the quality team with internal and external customers and providing a clear vision to enhance the customer experience

As the Quality Engineering Manager - Semiconductor you will have a combination of the following experience / skills in this job:

- Experience working as a Quality Engineer or Manager within a Semiconductor, Integrated Circuits or Chip manufacturer.
- Experience with methodologies such as Six Sigma, Black Belt, Kaizan & more.
- Experience with III-V (GaAs, GaN or lnP) based processes would be perfect.
- Reliability Engineering and Qualification procedures (Telcordia, MIL_STD, JEDEC, IPC, etc.)
