Working alongside a talented, experience team you will have ongoing support, mentoring and training. You will contribute to live client projects and get expert advice and guidance, whilst working on live client projects for leading charities and NGO's.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside the expert team in our clients Bristol office. Planning, implementing and reporting on pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns for some of the biggest charities and NGO's, this will lead to a full-time role on our clients digital marketing team.
The academy role is perfect for someone interested in a career in digital marketing or who has some experience working in a hands-on digital marketing position, looking to push their career forward.
Digital Marketing Executive:
Manage and optimise Google Ad Grants and paid Google Ads accounts.
Develop a solid understanding of Google Ads features, rules and best practices across the Search and Display network.
Uphold our internal best practices and standards-writing ultra-accurate, mistake-free ad copy, using Google Ads Editor, maintaining accurate logbooks and campaign plan outlines using Google Sheets.
Develop a good understanding of the basic principles of SEO-conducting keyword research, monitoring rankings, analysing a site's backlink profile, reviewing top performing content etc.
Lead on relationships and communication with Tier 3 clients
Help Digital Account Managers report on the success of client campaigns using Google Analytics. In the role, you'll develop an excellent working knowledge of how Google Analytics works.
Produce monthly reports that are clear and accurate. These will be approved and added to by an Account Manager, but they might also go directly to the client, so they'll contain written English that is of the very highest quality.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working for a not-for-profit organisation and have a basic understanding of how the main digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook) work and how charities use them. You will be an excellent written, numerical and communication skills.
You will also ideally have some hands-on experience of planning and running PPC and/or paid social campaigns
