Service Delivery Manager with strong ITIL expertise required ASAP. Focus here is on a SDM turnaround, driving change, and building out a brand-new Service Delivery and Operating model migrating two large IT systems into one. Based in Milton Keynes (with flexible working and remote work) your role will encompass service design, service end to end, Service Desk, governance and much more.

The Service Delivery Manager will become the owner of the Change Incident, Problem, Request and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required. You will be expected to champion IT Service Delivery in projects, developing a strong understanding of projects impacting on IT service provision and ensure impact is agreed and minimised.

Within this position the Service Delivery Manager will need to process first class communication skills and be extremely confident liaising with higher management, stakeholders and third parties, producing improvement plans, drive internal and third-party service review meetings, covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
