An enthusiastic PMO Analyst who is passionate about IT, their career development and excited to be part of a Programme Management function is urgently required to oversee 70+ IT projects across Software, infrastructure, Automation, Innovation, and product.
Working in an agile way (2 days a week in the office) the PMO Analyst must have first class communication skills, be extremely organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to demonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques in assisting with governance, audit, and initiatives. PRINCE2 qualification is ideal but not essential.
Areas you will cover include (not inclusive) -
* Provide workstream executive reporting.
* Risk Management
* Be familiar with Change / Demand Management processes
* Financial reporting
* Create & deliver comprehensive management information to support Programme and Project Managers.
* Provide PMO support to senior management and Programme/Project Managers
