Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer of building products to source an outstanding quality engineer to join their team.
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the implementation of strategic Quality improvement plans and objectives across the Sheffield site.
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Minimise the total cost of quality and ensuring 100% compliance to standards. - Facilitate and/or lead activity to solve internal and customer complaints, through A3 and basic problem-solving tools - Create/deploy quality training for new and current employees - Manage NPI & Process Control Management across site, in your areas of responsibility - Participate & engage in taking CI Projects in our area of responsibility to drive down/improve the costs of key scrap & rework projects - Support Quality Manager with ISO9001:2015 Management System & continued accreditation
