Are you ACA or MAAT qualified or have loads of experience? We have just the role for you to join a growing Accountancy Practice team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys building relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Look after a portfolio of clients.
Build client relationships both on the telephone and face to face and help to develop new clients where possible.
Statutory accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Preparing monthly management accounts.
Overseeing preparation of the quarterly VAT returns.
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns.
Reviewing work and ensuring deadlines are met.
Process improvement.
Be able to lead by example and support in the development of the team.
What you'll need:
Previous Accountancy Practice experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience of Xero and other online packages.
Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred..
Qualifications - AAT qualified, qualified by experience, or part ACCA / ACA / CIMA.
Study Support available for the right candidate.
