Lecturer in Patisserie and Confectionary (0.5 FTE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Halesowen College to appoint a .5 lecturer who specialises in Patisserie & Confectionery. Applications are welcomed from candidates that are looking to join an experienced, successful and dedicated team which offers a range of Professional Cookery courses in addition to developing a successful Cookery School and a training restaurant. The position is likely to focus on teaching on the City and Guilds Patisserie & Confectionery courses levels 2 & 3, facilitating students learning and achievement for both practical and theory. Recent industry experience is essential.
