Job Title: Examinations Officer

Location: Bristol

Pay rate: £15 to £17p/h

Hours: 08:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday

Duration: Temporary, full-time

Our REED Further Education branch are recruiting for an outstanding college based in Bristol.

We are recruiting for a?Exams Officer to join them on a temporary basis with a potential temp to perm opportunity.

About the Provider/college:

The college provides the region with A-levels and BTECs in over 60 different subjects at Level 3, and a varied selection at Level 2

The Role:Working closely with managers, curriculum staff, learners and exams boards, the post holder will lead on all aspects of the examination and registration process, including managing invigilation, room booking, invoice payment, ensuring the security of exam papers and that all exams are conducted in accordance with regulations for Awarding Bodies and JCQ. You will ensure an accurate flow of entries, registration and results and maintain regular checks on learner data.

What you will need:

As well as being an experienced, confident and accomplished administrator you will possess excellent IT, team working, numeracy and literacy skills required to deliver the role. Experience of working with data is essential along with inputting accurate data, the ability to work under pressure to successfully meet deadlines.

Great communication skills, team-work, empathy to work well with both the learners, as well as with colleagues
