Our client a professional and fast expanding Marketing Agency is looking to recruit and Account Manager with approx 3-5 years Marketing & Client Services Experience
Purpose:
The role of Account Manager has three key objectives:
1. To manage the client relationship and results of key client campaigns
2. To be the project lead, ensuring successful delivery of on key campaigns/projects
3. To grow client revenue through campaign renewal and upsells of new and complimentary services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Happy Clients
• Account Management - Take full ownership of key client accounts, delivering campaigns and helping clients achieve objectives
• Account Retention/ Client Results - Responsible for the delivery of client's campaigns, their results and management of the renewal process
2. Projects On-time/On budget
• Project Management - Working with the team to ensure that projects/campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
• Account Administration - Undertake client/campaign administration, using in house systems such as HubSpot and Click Up 3
. Growing client revenue
• Account Growth - Ability to spot opportunities for how clients could benefit from additional services and manage the upsell of these services
• New Business - Assist with new business enquiries
• Business Development - Work together with the wider team to implement the clients internal marketing strategy.
