Category Analyst

This is a temp-perm opportunity to join an established procurement team within a high-profile organisation based in the Oxford area. Option available to work from home up to 4 days per week, if preferred. You will only need to attend the office one day per week. Salary guide for the permanent position is £32-£35K depending on experience.

As Category Analyst, you will be coordinating the procurement process across several key category areas within consultancy and professional services. You will be working closely with stakeholders to support benchmarking activities and to recommend and implement appropriate solutions. You will also be preparing tender documentation, ensuring value for money and compliance in each tender and contract, and also using framework agreements.

The successful candidate will already have relevant procurement and/or contracts management experience. You will also have strong analytical and Excel skills and be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
