Experienced ACCOUNTS MANAGER required for Property Developers and Commercial Landlords based in Exmouth Town Centre (parking on site). The job will be Monday to Friday with the possibility of flexible working hours for the right candidate. Duties include:-
  • Purchase & Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts/Returns
  • VAT returns
  • CIS returns
  • Bank Reconciliations

The ideal candidate will be someone capable who pays attention to detail, is discreet and is comfortable working as part of a small team. Experience in the property/construction industry useful but not essential. Training on Propman property management software will be provided.

Salary c. £30,000 per annum dependent on hours worked, experience and qualifications.
