More about your role

As a Programme Performance Support you will be responsible for administration of the procurement strategy for the planned maintenance and investment programmes. You will support the Programme Performance Manager to administer the procurement strategy and Contractor framework as well as preparing and evaluating tender and procurement documents.

You will contribute to the budgeting and financial planning process and the year end process, this will include completion, final accounting and returning all handover information.

More about you

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar role or have experience working on investment programmes and knowledge of projects, programmes, contract and costs. You will have impeccable communications skills both written and verbal and able to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external colleagues at all levels.

Strong IT skills are also essential as this role will require you to be highly comfortable and proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
