This is a role which will see a commercially minded Business Partner support the organisations projects and efficiencies drive.This is a fantastic Business Partnering position for a qualified accountant who enjoys taking analytical information and delivering it to a commercially focused audience, which includes, Sales, Marketing and OperationsThe RoleAs Commercial Finance Business Partner you will work with the Director of the business Unit and take responsibility for all planning and performance measurement reporting whilst offering support to drive major business decisions related to revenue growth, pricing and profitability. Day to day duties will consist of:* Working with the business and other finance teams to deliver improved management reporting, providing more relevant information to help the business make better decisions* Modelling of Budgets and Forecasting Growth* Engagement across the business - Interacting with Board, Line and Teams* Leading finance projects on both a structured and ad-hoc basis. Time management and Planning of Project delivery schedule* Responsible for delivering an evolving service, looking at the opportunities for improving the finance partnering model and level of internal customer service Your ProfileQualified Accounting Professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with exposure to project implementation and delivery.Previous experience having worked in an organisation with robust controls and an effective business partnering model will be an advantage - experience of taking change to an internal audience and communicating the effectiveness of finance reaching out to the wider business.The CompanyMy client is a support sector organisation, who in 2019 hit a 10 year high in turnover with double digit growth thereafter. This growth is down to our clients enhanced growth strategy and their utilisation of their finance function in driving change and efficiencies across the organisation.SalaryIn order to attract the best talent in the marketplace, my client is keen to stress that in addition to the £47,000 to £50,000 Salary, there is real scope for progression
