Test Engineer

IntaPeople are currently recruiting for a coating technician to join a leading Science and Engineering services company based in Warrington. The successful candidate would need to have at least one year of experience in an engineering/ production field, and will have a high degree of manual dexterity.

You would need to be able to have an attitude capable to work in a multitude of areas such as in a clean-room to analysing data to writing first class technical reports and presenting them confidentially.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate specialist knowledge in the field of tribology
• Provide specialist scientific and engineering support to clients in both space and terrestrial markets
• Give support to commercial R&D teams including colleagues and clients
• Ensure that all areas of project delivery are catered to

Qualifications and Experiences:

• HND or a degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a similar engineering discipline (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years' industrial experience, post-graduation (essential)
• Experience with R&D test projects (desired)
• Tribological knowledge, background or experience (advantageous)
• Experience working with high vacuum equipment/systems (advantageous)
