Digital Delivery Manager - Product and Services
About The Role
The Delivery Manager role is vital in supporting our clients' to deliver against their strategic objectives and help meet the needs of their customers and supporters.
This role sits within the TPXimpact Digital Experience division, in the Products and Services 'pod' which is organised around serving our clients who have invested in .NET, Node, OpenDialog, Laravel and Java. There is no 'standard project' in Products and Services and the delivery team works closely with the other functions in the pod to define the operating model for each client we service. You'll play a key role in helping create and deliver award-winning solutions through effective Agile project management.
Working closely with a dedicated Scrum team of strategists, designers, developers, you will have responsibility for ensuring we deliver project management excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work across a wider variety of exciting clients within the Charity, Healthcare, Higher Education and Culture sectors.

About You
- 2-3 years hands-on digital project management experience, managing multiple projects, agency experience would be ideal
- Must have exposure to Agile delivery experience, with some knowledge of the Scrum framework and a solid basis for project governance and control
- Comfortable with technical aspects of digital delivery and demonstrable experience across varied digital projects such as content management systems, website development, applications and integration
- Able to work effectively across multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, organisation, and facilitation skills
- Eager to play a role in building our business and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ways of working
