H9 are working with a large national employer to recruit an Interim HR Analyst / HRIS specialist for a 4-6 month day rate contract.
The role can be based from home, with the occasional requirement to travel to Liverpool.
The position is within a busy HR team and includes the following duties:
- Deliver MI for HR Services, enabling accurate reporting of people data
- Reporting and monitoring service performance, identifying trends and systems to improve the end to end service proposition
- Understanding of HR data to ensure practices in place keep and maintain data integrity
- Analyse trends and put the right quality assurance around data outputs
- Support with the transition from one HR system to another
- Experience working in a HR Analyst or HRIS role
- Some experience of Oracle Fusion would be an advantage but isn't a requirement
- Immediately available or at short notice
This is an interim contract, inside IR35, paying a day rate of between £150 - £250 per day DOE
