We have an opportunity available for an Accounts Administrator to work out of their headquarters in Nottingham on a hybrid working pattern to start ASAP.
This role is maternity cover for a period of 12 months and will pay up to £13 p/h PAYE.
This role assists with the intercompany accountant, assisting the day-to-day accounting and administrative activities in accordance with the organisation's accounting policies and procedures.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Producing statements to intercompany partners Processing payments Settling invoices Liaising with intercompany partners across the globe to resolve queries
Previous experience working within finance / accountancy is highly preferred High level of administrative experience IT Proficient Strong attention to detail Excellent stakeholder skills Effective communication skills
