Key responsibilities of a Resources Manager:
- Manages and coordinates all resources required by the UK projects for equipment installation, equipment testing, technical support, etc
- Finds and develops recruiting channels and mode of operations for new opportunities and business improvement
- Sets resources requirements, coordinates and ensures resource demand is fulfilled for all UK projects; participates in all interviews with potential candidates and in all hiring decisions
- Participates in the timely analysis of resource forecasted demand
- Plans and ensures the resource Health & Safety training and respective medical checks required by the projects are delivered in a timely manner in both Romania and the UK
- Working closely with Health & Safety and Operational teams to ensure that all mandatory pre-requisites for the job requirements are valid and in place
- Ensures that all resources have the project specific endowment prior to project allocation
- Based on projects requirements, ensures that the resources allocated to projects have the correct training profile
- Participates in all projects meetings which involve resource demand and management
- Allocates resources based on UK project requirements
- Responsible to supply resources which meet projects requirements for both qualifications and costs
- Escalates gaps in resources supply to projects, where his/her requests have been declined
- Supplies, plans and coordinates projects requirements for subcontractors; ensures the subcontractors have the correct qualifications required by the projects
- Ensure the resources are delivering the required level of quality to the projects
- Defines and implements performance objectives; Performs periodical performance evaluation for all resources; collects feedback from colleagues
- Initiates all disciplinary actions for the allocated resources; participates in disciplinary hearings together with the HR admin representative from HQ Romania
- Coordinates and approves the resources' miscellaneous expenses, related to their activities
- Ensure the costs allocated to the department are known and followed
- Ensure all resources are aware of the Work instructions, all Company's policies and Procedures with regards to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, etc.
- Offers guidance and support to new starters, relating but not limited to applying for National Insurance number, registering with General Practitioner and Dentist, open UK based bank accounts, information required to secure UK accommodation, etc

Qualifications required:
- Previous Human Resource and / or Project management experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- Previous Demand planning experience
- Experience in the delivery of new processes, including managing conflict resolution and providing alternative solutions
- Experience in change management to ensure that the governance methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all resource changes to minimise the impact of change - related conflicts
- Experience in turning data into high-quality management information that supports executive level decision making
