Temp Experienced Finance Administrator - Hybrid working 3-6 months

Due to a busy period we need someone who is able to assist for at least 3-6 months. This is a hybrid role so you will be expected to be in the London Office, which is close to Liverpool Street Station, for two/three days a week. The remaining days can be worked from home.
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, this role involves processing all invoices for the London Team. It is essential that you have experience in a similar role but training will be given.
The Sales invoicing process involves:
Entering sales invoices onto an Excel template
Issuing invoices to London Office units for checking, chasing approval
Entering invoices onto the fee daybook
Issuing sales invoices to clients via email and post by the 25th of each month
Publishing of invoices onto Folio in the correct job number and cost centre
Creating credit notes
The Purchase Invoicing Process:
* Entering all supplier invoices onto Purchase Order register, making sure the correct job number and cost centre are obtained
* Issuing invoices out for approval and chasing London Office units for approval
* PDF and publish all supplier invoices onto Folio with correct job number and unit
Ad hoc duties:
* Assisting the Finance Supervisor with any other additional ad hoc finance duties
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience of working in a similar finance administration role
High level of IT competency, especially MS Excel and Outlook
A strong mathematical mind with good analytical/investigative skills
Proven ability to prioritise workload according to strict deadlines
Good communication skills
Experience of working as part of a team and on your own
A highly organised approach to work, with a focus on attention to detail
A committed team player with a 'can do' attitude, polite, patient, personable, flexible
Self-motivated with strong levels of initiative, and flexibility
A confident attitude with a proactive approach to work
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.
