Tell me more about the PMO Manager role!
Due to a recent influx of work there is an interim need for an experienced PMO professional to support the Innovation Team within the heart of a fast paced ecommerce business.
The role provides an overarching view of all projects and programmes, dealing with any change requests as well as identifying any opportunity to streamline / consolidate.
You'll collate and analyse information for projects and programmes such as key risks and issues, progress against milestones, inter-project and programme dependencies and high level benefit tracking.
Other core tasks involve maintaining a view of resourcing requirements to optimise the resourcing plan, identifying shortfalls and skills gaps. Resource allocation is also a core part of the role.
You'll also present summary information on projects to stakeholders where needed.
The role will very much work hand in hand with the wider group PMO team and promote what the Innovation Team are doing to the wider group.

Core skills & Attributes
* Proven track record of managing small projects or deliverables in a large project.
* Exposure of supporting multiple stakeholders and project teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Ideal experience with project management methodology such as Agile, Prince 2 or PMP.
* Ideal background in Retail, Supply Chain, Ecommerce or Parcel Delivery but other sectors considered.
* Confident to work on an autonomous basis
* Able to hit the ground running
Remuneration & core information.
This is a contract role working on a day rate of approx. £300 - £500 per day via an Umbrella
Term will be 3months.
