The successful candidate should:
Have experience in customer/supporter service (in paid or voluntary work)
Be committed, self motivated and hard working
Strong organisational skills - the ability to manage own time and tasks effectively
Expectations in the role:
To manage and support the development of our regional development fundraising products
To serve as point of contact for supporters, handling enquiries from our Fundraising Hotline and Fundraising Inbox
Help create personalised branded fundraising materials and manage our offline fundraising materials including undertaking regular stock takes and ordering replacement materials.
