NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a User Researcher for a government department, contracting until September( likely extension). This role is based in London 2/3 days per week in the office, the rest remote.

The client is looking for a professional who will plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the people that use the services.
Active SC and sole British national
Good understanding techniques for the analysis of research data and synthesis of findings
Understand the diversity of users and the need to make services usable and accessible for everyone.
Experience of basic user research methods,
Experience of a range of user-centred practices and knowledge of how to work with colleagues to plan and do continuous user research in a multidisciplinary team.What's in it for you ?
