We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd line support engineer with a broad knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment including Windows. Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365. An understanding of Networking or AV would also be an advantage.
You will typically spend 3 days on site with the client and 2 days working from home. This is a broad role in which you will be working closely with the clients' teams. In addition to a broad technical skill set you will need to have excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a customer facing role.
