IT Support Analyst- 1st Line, Windows, Office 365- London

My client has an urgent requirement for Junior Support Analyst at a 1st / 2nd Line level to work closely with their regional IT Manager on-site. This role will be hands on and customer facing dealing with day-to-day IT Support.

The hours for this role are either 3 full days or the hours split over 5 days and this could turn full time / permanent after the 3 months.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn!

Key skills:

· Dealing with a high volume of tickets

· Windows

· Office 365

· Active Directory

· MS Office

· Troubleshooting

· Build PC and laptops

· Mobile Device Support

· Software Installation
