Project Manager - Retail Fit Out
PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL FIT OUT - WEST MIDLANDS*
Our client is the UK's largest supermarket chain in the UK, with over 3400 stores nationwide.
They're currently undertaking two major programmes of work across their stores nationwide which involve - High Fat, Sugar & Salt (HFSS) product moves across the store estate to meet new legislation in October and the closure of 400No counters across the estate.
As such, they currently require the services of multiple Project Managers to oversee the programmes of work within each region.
Duties are to include:
Taking and defining briefing between client departments and contractors
Obtaining new store layouts for merchandising
Monitoring of progress
Liaising with the store during the works
Confirming completion and de-snagging, checking as built data is uploaded
Co-ordination of several different contractors for signage and equipment moves
Complete local store visits i.e., up to 6 stores per week.
Large emphasis on stakeholder management to avoid store disruption
Regular reporting and use of Smart Sheet.
Candidate specification:
Project Management experience within the retail, commercial, new build or fit out sectors.
Have experience in managing business relationships at senior management level.
This role is remote working with 3-4 site visits per week.
