NCS are looking for a Services Administrator

1.

Support customers with mobile phone queries, i.e., setting queries, how to update their phones, new phone requests.

1.

Use Mobile Phone network operator systems to edit mobile phone subscriptions for a customer, request information etc.

1.

Provide Call handling and first line service support for Client Mobile Phone Management service

1.

Operate and manage all contact centre calls and switchboard within company guidelines.

1.

Ensure all types of calls are answered in a professional manner.

1.

Role will be trained on mobile support and switchboard tools, systems and procedures.

1.

Assist in providing data to be presented in weekly and monthly reviews with Ericsson IT and mobile operators (suppliers); providing operational feedback based on day-to-day activity

1.

Run weekly/monthly reports using various systems for internal and client-facing SLA reviews/presentations

1.

Support with ad-hoc reporting as requested by the Mobile support supervisor and Workplace Manager

1.

Provide support with Client Mobile Phone Management service - mobile device hardware ordering via Client's internal system

1.

Deliver self-performed services to the standard of the Service Level Agreements.

1.

Maintain regular communication with Line Manager on daily/weekly developments.

1.

Adhere to all Client H&S process/Mandatory requirements. Always demonstrate RISE values.

1.

To maintain a smart and presentable personal appearance always.

1.

Ensure compliance with all Client and CBRE security policies. Report any suspicious circumstances/personnel to site security

1.

Provide cover to colleagues where necessary during periods of absence such as holidays or sickness as and when required.

1.

Provide recommendations to demonstrate innovation and best practice in the delivery of mobile support and Switchboard

Hours are Monday to Friday

This role is office based

£12 per hour

9am until 6pm
