We are working with a successful luxury gift brand that needs an experienced & proactive Office Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of their London head office and showroom. Offering a supportive, friendly and creative working environment, this is a pivotal role within the business, and one where there will be lots of opportunity to take ownership and shine.

You will be managing the day-to-day office operations, assisting with people/HR duties, as well as delivering an exceptional front of house service to visitors and guests. You will also support the senior management team as needed, take responsibility for building maintenance, and use your creativity to plan & organise some exciting company events!

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' Office Management experience, ideally within a luxury or consumer products business. Most importantly - you will be friendly, proactive, and happy to get stuck in and work across multiple avenues to support a fantastic business!

You will be:
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office to a high standard
  • Assisting the People team with onboarding, inductions, etc
  • Delivering an exceptional service / communication to external guests and the internal team
  • Event planning and organisation, both internally and externally
  • Taking care of health and safety including DSE assessments
  • Supporting external and key internal meetings with AV / refreshments
  • Establishing and leading the office social committee
  • Liaising with vendors, maintenance, and building management to ensure the smooth-running of the office environment
  • Supporting the senior leadership team where necessary (i.e bookings)
  • Maintaining a high standard of the overall office presentation
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies / goods
  • Responsibility for post and parcels

You will have/be:
  • Minimum of 3+ years' office management experience, ideally in a luxury or consumer product setting
  • Experience of working in a medium-sized business
  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanour - able to make guests feel welcome!
  • Solution-driven and a creative problem-solver
  • Highly organised, with excellent communicative skills
  • Dynamic with a proactive approach to work, solutions driven approach
  • Happy to get stuck in and work across several different elements of office management!
