To provide excellent, proactive account management to existing clients and through commercial awareness and customer service excellence support the Business Development Managers in growing the value of those clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure regular, detailed, value added and proactive account management to all clients, identifying commercially viable options to increase sales.
Conduct regular reviews with each customer to reinforce the value of the proposition.
Focus on swift delivery for customers in terms of issue resolution..
