Finance Assistant

Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on behalf of a lovely Rochdale secondary school on an immediate basis until the end of the academic year, this is a long-term position starting as soon as possible until the end of July. The hours of this position are 8:15am - 3:45pm, 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

This duties of this Finance Assistant position include:

Processing payments

Updating financial records

Bookkeeping and accounting

Liaising with external clients.

Key requirements of this Finance Assistant position:

Finance/admin experience

Understanding of SAGE would be an advantage but training can be provided

DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one

Two most recent professional references

Ability to work in a team

Strong admin and I.T. skills.
