Our client are a market leading financial advice firm who have achieved significant growth in the 5 years since their launch. They are seeking a high performing Mortgage and Protection Advisor to service their existing client bank with extensive warm leads provided.This is an excellent opportunity for a practising mortgage advisor to join an expanding business with the potential to earn an amazing salary.The company specialises in securing the best mortgage or short-term finance solution for its customers,no matter their stage of life.This position would be perfect for someone with 2 year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor although someone with no experience looking to take their first steps into the industry would be considered. In this case the company would put you through a 3 week CeMap qualification course.You will be expected to keep up to date with the current market and law, work closely with clients, as well as meeting sales targets. Developing new prospects, enhancing business relationships and applying your expert knowledge of the industry should all be second nature.Salary package and benefits of the Mortgage Advisor role include:

• No experience Basic £20,000
• OTE £40,000 to £50,000 Year 1
• Experienced Mortgage Advisor
• Basic £30,000
• OTE £100,000
• Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm working evey 3rd Saturday with a day back given
• On-site parking
• Office based

The skills and experience required for the Mortgage Advisor role include:

• Thorough and up to date knowledge of the mortgage market with 2 years experience
• Full CeMap qualification needed /or attend 3 week intense CeMap qualification course
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with energetic personality
• Well spoken and superb communication skills
• Smart and well presented
• Ambitious and self motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure
